Marking a Labor Assignment Complete

To mark a Labor Assignment complete in the Workfiles view

1. Select View > Labor Assignments from the menu bar. The Search Labor Assignments screen opens.
2. Enter your search criteria in the Labor Assignments Search panel, and then click Search. The Labor Assignments that match your search criteria appear in the Search Results pane.
3. Click on the Labor Assignment that you want to mark as Complete, and then click Complete from the mini-toolbar. The Labor Assignment status is changed to Complete.

To mark a Labor Assignment complete from a Repair Order

1. Open the repair order that you want to view Labor Assignments.
2. Click on the Labor tab. The Repair Order Labor Assignments appear.
3. Click on By Labor Type or By Technician/Team from the Views panel. The Labor Assignments are categorized by the selected view.
4. Click on the Labor Assignment, and then click Complete from the mini-toolbar. The Labor Assignment status is changed to Complete.

Note: Labor Assignments that have been marked Complete can be reversed by selecting the Incomplete option from the mini-toolbar.
